Clojure changed how many developers think about data: immutable facts, temporal structure over time, and code as data. But what changes when these ideas move beyond the Clojure ecosystem?

Stardust explores how Clojure and Datomic concepts can be reimagined in a language-agnostic data platform for messy, real-world open data. It looks at what transfers cleanly, what requires new trade offs outside the JVM, and how real-world measurement reshapes system design. It’s not about preserving a stack, but about carrying forward ideas like simplicity, compatibility, and care for data across different languages and systems.
